The summary of "The Little Wooden Robot and the log princess"

This warm story mainly describes the adventure of two siblings who were the artificial human beings created by an inventor and a witch.  The inventor created the wooden boy and allowed the beetle family members living inside him. And the witch created the log-girl who became a log while she was sleeping. 

In the beginning of this story, the king and his wife eagered to have children, however, their dream couldn't be fullfilleded by the natural method. Therefore, they asked for an inventor and a witch to make children . The inventor invented a wooden robot boy and the witch created a log girl. So they both became the children of the king and the queen. The royal family lived happily in the castle.

Unfortunately a tragedy happened to the joyful life in this kindom. A maid who served in the castle went clean the Log Princess' room. While she was making the princess' bed, she found a log which was the sleeping pricess but she didn;t know and then the maid threw it away. 

At the very time the Wooden Robot prince found the log which the maid threw away, he chased the Log princess in order to save it back. The journey of looking for the Log Princess was the adventure of the siblings.

讀完這本繪本讓我感覺到滿心的溫暖，故事裡都是善良的人。尤其是住在木頭機器人哥哥身體裡的甲蟲，他們從機器人身體裡出來尋找幫助；他們先找了路過的老鼠，老鼠又找鳥；鳥又找兔子；兔子又找狐狸。最後他們一起去最近的巫婆家求助的過程最讓人感到這是一個有愛的世界，在失望絕望的時刻大家都願意來幫助需要幫助的人。
