  • Cloudy with a chance of meatballs 心得---by Irene

美食從天而降---是多麼有趣、新奇的題材‧把這本書介紹給孩子的時候，看到他瞪大了眼睛盯著繪本，嘴巴直問﹕「然後呢? 然後呢?...」；後來，一起觀賞電影「食破天驚」，他也是驚嘆聲連連，「哇…」個不停! 而且重覆看了兩、三遍才肯罷休，真是美食在前，魅力無法擋呀!
不過，原本是一番好意的，後來卻成了大災難! 就像我們的地球，這幾年的天氣變異﹕冬天來的風雪，卻出奇的大很多，變成暴風雪，造成多人受困在大雪中；而我們這裡，原本只是季節性降雨，像是梅雨、午後雷陣雨…，但是下的雨太多了，就造成土石流、大淹水…，毀了我們的家園，真的非常的可怕!
有鑑於此，各界人士紛紛推動節能減碳、綠化家園、資源回收與再利用，要大家有志亦同，共同來保護我們生活的環境。只是你、我小小的舉手之勞，就能給後代子子孫孫大大的幸福，大家義不容辭喔!

  • Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 大意 by Belle

故事是由一個爺爺對二個孫子講的枕邊故事  述說有個小小的小鎮 名Chewandswallouw   是個很一般的小城鎮 但是他們沒有關於食物的商店
因為他們不須要 很酷的是他們的食物都來自天空 這天空提供著各式各樣的食物 每天三餐的食物都是從天而降 像是漢堡 牛肉 甚至果凍 果汁  
他們從氣象報告裏可以預測得知今天將有什麼食物  他們便可攜帶適用的餐具來承接食物 但是  有一天 天空開始造成食物亂象 有時下太多麵淹沒街道
有時下豆泥霧 還有食物暴風雨等 造成生活困境  有些居民就利用食物製造各種交通工具逃離Chewandswallow去尋找新天地  終於覓得安居處 運用那

食物，和陽光、空氣、水一樣，對人類都很重要。
為了提供人類足夠的糧食，人們不斷的在耕種技術、品種改良上追求進步。
肥料、農藥、基因改造等，就好像書中的食物製造機。
起初，人們為這些改良所帶來的效益感到欣喜。

Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 第六頁中，劇院的廣告看板上有四部電影名稱。
這四部電影，只聽過Breakfast at Tiffany's（當然是因為女主角的關係），另外三部，真的沒聽過～～
老師說要找劇照，當然要靠Google大神幫忙。

作者 Judi Barett
本書首版發行於1978年,曾獲百大圖畫書票選入圍,這本書的續集是”Pickles to Pittsburgh”.2009年Sony動畫公司把這本書改編成電影.台灣片名為”食破天驚”,是類似”明天過後”的災難片.Judi於1941年生於美國布魯克林區.1962年畢業於Pratt Institute.嫁給藝術家Ron Barett.兩人合作許多作品.離婚後依然,目前Judi是成名的童書作家,她在布魯克林社區教幼兒藝術.
